Great customer service! We asked to be on the waiting list. Didn't wait more than 3 hours! She had a no-show by the time she'd given them then called us and we jumped on it. In this valley, it's hard to find a well priced storage unit. You'll find good customer service, and good pricing with Belgrade Mini Storage.

I have been very happy renting a unit here! They are kind and responsive to calls and email. Unlike many other storage units that never called me back. They are also affordable. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again. I also felt safe with my belongings here since they live on the property. Make sure to read your contract! I saw other reviews upset about how they were charged or time-frame to access their units. They clearly state the rules in their contract and it's all reasonable.

Worked with Holly and Dwayne setting up the unit reservation from Denver, Colorado. Extremely nice people and so helpful through the whole process. All details were presented at the time of signing, no surprises! We went with a heated inside unit and it was awesome. Very easy access to the unit and carts to make it even easier. Love the gated access and appreciated seeing Holly on the property every time I visited, and they have a very cute beagle who also likes to say hi! 🙂 Such a great, efficient experience! Very nice and friendly service! Would 100% recommend! They helped me with temporarily storing my motorcycle for a few days. Security is pretty is pretty good to!
